His biggest breakthrough hit the internet when he posted a video of him dancing to popular trending moves Zanku and Legwork in an event, hosted at Lagos State University (LASU) which got him a Tunde Ednut repost on Instagram. Immediately the one-minute clip escalated online and was seen on several celebrities’ pages, which caught the attention of the dance originator Zlatan Ibile who immediately linked up with him and employed his service in the video of the song Zanku.

Immediately after his viral dance, he was seen in several top celebrities’ videos dancing.

In a recent interview with Potpourri, Poco Lee revealed he got the name back in his junior secondary school days. “It was during musical class. There is an Italian term in music called Poco a Poco which means little by little. So, I was actually the smallest in the class then so they started calling me Poco. I added “Lee” to spice it up and since then It’s “Poco Lee” from everyone,” he recalled.
In 2021, Poco Lee broke down to tears as WizKid brought his friend Bella Shmurda to London to perform at 02 Arena.
