Johnny Depp will avoid the courtroom this month after his lawyers reached an agreement with the City of Lies crew member who accused the actor of assault in 2017.

Gregg (Rocky) Brooks, the film’s location manager, filed the lawsuit in 2018, claiming Depp punched him twice on set and offered him $100,000 to punch the actor in return. The civil trial was set for July 25 in Los Angeles, according to Variety. The judge was notified of the settlement on Monday. The details of the settlement are not known yet as they’ve not been made public.

He took great pride in the way in which he cared for his father’s cattle.  His father had many cows, over 25 of them and It was quite a task to keep these silly creatures out of trouble, away from the farmers’ corn and out of the dangerous roads. Jabu had some friends who also kept their fathers’ cattle, but none of them had even half the herd Jabu did and none of them was as careful as Jabu. It was a sign of Jabu’s father’s pride and trust in his son that he entrusted such a large herd to such a young boy.

Everyone in Aboh, Mbaise, Imo State, the hometown of popular Nigerian actress Rita Dominic, is in a celebratory mood right now as Nollywood stars, friends, relatives, and ladies assemble at actress Rita
Dominic’s rural house for her traditional marriage ceremonies.
People from all walks of life have descended to her late father’s compound, which is also the house of the community’s traditional ruler, HRH, Eze Marcellenus J.O Waturuocha.
Rita and her husband, Fidelis Anosike, arrived at her family compound at 1 p.m. to begin the traditional
marriage ceremony. Meanwhile, security personnel, including the army, police, and local vigilante groups, tolerated the entire situation.
The couple chose a traditional private wedding, with a celebration planned for later in the day at the
Landmark Event Centre in Owerri, but that didn’t stop admirers from storming the area. Remember when Rita Dominic disclosed the identity of her partner in December 2020 while they were celebrating Christmas?
Yes, now they’re married. Many Nollywood actresses, including Joke Silva, Uche Jombo, Kate Henshaw, and Ini Edo, have already arrived in Owerri. They are also joined by their male counterparts, Rita’s husband is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Folio Group, which owns the Daily Times and the Miss Nigeria pageant.
