Ariana Madix Breaks Silence on Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’s Affair: ‘What Doesn’t Kill Me Better Run’

Ariana Madix is speaking out for the first time since her ex Tom Sandoval and their Vanderpump Rules costar Raquel Leviss both apologized for a months-long affair that ended Sandoval and Madix’s nine-year relationship.

Madix, 37, shared her candid thoughts via Instagram late Wednesday night, writing, “hi. where to begin? i want to express my most sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support i have received from friends, family, and people i’ve never even met in the last two weeks.”

She continued, “when i have felt like i couldn’t even stand, you all have given me the strength to continue and seen me through my darkest hours. to say i have been devastated and broken is an understatement.”

“however,” she added, “i know that i am not in this alone. so many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels. i am so f—ing lucky to have the best support system in the world and i hope i can repay every single person for the love you have shown me.”

She concluded, “what doesn’t kill me better run. love, ariana”

Madix discovered Sandoval, 40, had been cheating on her with Leviss, 28, on March 1 when she saw “inappropriate” messages between the two on his phone while he was performing with his band Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras in Los Angeles.

“She was completely blindsided by this; devastated doesn’t even scratch the surface of how she feels,” a source told PEOPLE days after the discovery. “This is someone she thought she knew; someone she planned to spend the rest of her life with. You can’t even put into words that betrayal.”

Sandoval copped to the allegations on March 7, posting an apology post to Madix on his Instagram page. (It was the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner’s second apology in four days — the first mea culpa did not make any mention of Madix.)

“I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I’ve hurt through this process,” he began later on Tuesday. “Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.”

He continued, “I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”

U2 announce Las Vegas residency with intergalactic Super Bowl commercial

It’s a bloody good Sunday, as U2 announced a Las Vegas residency with an out-of-this-world Super Bowl commercial during the big game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.

That’s right, baby: U2 will launch the very first shows at MSG Sphere, the highly-anticipated sphere-shaped entertainment arena at the Venetian resort, once it opens in the fall.

The U2: UV Achtung Baby Live at the Sphere residency will feature music from the band’s seventh studio album, 1991’s Achtung Baby. The show is described as a “futuristic adventure in a unique desert landscape” and marks U2’s first live outing in four years, following the success of their acclaimed Joshua Tree 30th anniversary stadium tour and the eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE tour.

Drummer Larry Mullen Jr., however, will be sitting out the residency to undergo and recuperate from surgery. (Mullen already indicated last year that should U2 decide to tour in 2023, it would be without him as he prepares for procedures for his elbows, knees, and neck.) Bram van den Berg will be filling in and joining Bono, The Edge, and Adam Clayton at the Sphere.

“It’s going to take all we’ve got to approach the Sphere without our bandmate in the drum seat, but Larry has joined us in welcoming Bram van den Berg who is a force in his own right,” Bono, The Edge, and Clayton said in a joint statement, adding that the shows at the Sphere have “been in the works for a long time.”

“We don’t want to let people down, least of all our audience,” the trio continued. “The truth is we miss them as much as they appear to miss us. Our audience was always the fifth member of the band. Bottom line, U2 hasn’t played live since December 2019 and we need to get back on stage and see the faces of our fans again. And what a unique stage they’re building for us out there in the desert. We’re the right band, Achtung Baby the right album, and the Sphere the right venue to take the live experience of music to the next level.”

MSG executive chairman and CEO James L. Dolan added, “MSG Sphere’s advanced technology allows a legendary band like U2 to bring its music to life in entirely new ways.”

Bono previously teased the prospect of a Sphere residency during an appearance on Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett’s SmartLess podcast last month. “We haven’t signed off on it but if we do, if we do sign off on this, I will say that if we can pull off what we’re talking about, it’s not like anything we’ve ever done before,” he told the hosts.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly got into ‘big’ fight Super Bowl weekend: source

Are Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly over? The actress fueled breakup speculation over the weekend after she wiped photos of her fiancé from Instagram. The Transformers star deleted her account altogether on Sunday, but not before posting a lyric from a Beyoncé song about infidelity. Sources tell Yahoo Entertainment the two have hit a rough patch.

“They’ve had plenty of ups and downs throughout their relationship, but this one seems serious,” one insider explains.

A second source close to the singer echoes something similar: “It’s certainly not the first big fight they’ve had. They can usually work through it.”

Fox fell for her Midnight in the Switchgrass co-star in 2020. They got engaged one year ago. A source told People that the stars “haven’t officially called off the engagement, but Megan took her ring off.”

The insider noted that Kelly, real name Colson Baker, and the 36-year-old actress “had a fight over the weekend.” Fox is apparently “very upset” and “won’t speak to” the musician.

One source confirms to Yahoo the blowup happened on Saturday. Kelly and Fox were in Scottsdale, Arizona for Super Bowl weekend as the rocker performed at a private party on Saturday night. Entertainment Tonight reported the actress was supposed to attend the bash, but bailed “last minute.”

“Megan and MGK have a passionate relationship filled with lots of intense emotions, both good and bad, but after this fight, Megan was very upset,” the source claimed. “She was initially supposed to come with MGK to the event and had a whole outfit planned.”

ET‘s insider added, “MGK wasn’t in the right frame of mind to be performing after this.”

Reps for Fox and Kelly did not immediately respond to Yahoo’s request for comment.

The couple’s rough patch came on suddenly. Just eight days ago, Fox attended the Grammys with her “twin flame.” Last week, she publicly gushed about Kelly after he lost out on the award for Best Rock Album.

“Congratulations on being in the very small percentage of artists who have received a Grammy nomination. You have handled this process with a grace and maturity that I haven’t seen from you before and I’m so proud of you,” she captioned a series of photos.

“Watching you walk in humility and gratitude, watching you grow into yourself and become a better man is an immeasurably more satisfying experience than watching you accept an award,” she continued in the now-deleted post. “Although those will come… and this is irrelevant I guess but I will just never ever get over how beautiful your face is. I hope one day you’ll see yourself the way I see you. I love you and I’ll keep this memory of you forever.”

Before deleting her Instagram account, Fox posted a carousel of photos from Super Bowl weekend, but the last image — an audio-less video of an envelope burning in a fire pit — raised eyebrows. Fox cryptically captioned the post, “You can taste the dishonesty/ it’s all over your breath.” It’s a lyric from Beyoncé‘s song “Pray You’ll Catch Me” off Lemonade, an album in which infidelity is a central theme.

Super Bowl 2023: Fans praise Chris Stapleton’s ‘breathtaking’ rendition of national anthem

Fans have praised country singer Chris Stapleton’s “breathtaking” rendition of the US national anthem at the Super Bowl 2023.

Stapleton opened the biggest night in American football, currently underway at the 63,000-capacity State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

He was accompanied by CODA actor Troy Kotsur, who performed the national anthem in sign language at the Super Bowl tonight.

Stapleton’s version of “The Star Spangled Banner” on Sunday (12 February) drew comparisons to Whitney Houston’s impeccable pre-game performance in 1991.

One fan tweeted: “Chris Stapleton might’ve just sang my favorite Super Bowl rendition of the National Anthem (Whitney Houston aside).”

“Grown-a** men crying to Chris Stapleton singing the national anthem,” another said. “Wow, this one is right up there with Whitney Houston’s performance. Just amazing.

In honour of the country’s national anthem, the NFL routinely enlists superstar musicians and performers to deliver the patriotic moment at the annual sporting event.

Reacting to Stapleton’s moving performance on Sunday night, another fan said: “Chris Stapleton needs to sing the National Anthem every year at the #SuperBowl. WOW!”

One person said they were “still mopping up the tears” after the “Starting Over” singer brought the house down with his rousing delivery of the national anthem.

Other performances tonight include Abbott Elementary star Shery Lee Ralph singing “Lift Every Voice and Sing” or the Black national anthem.

R&B star Babyface performed “America the Beautiful” and Rihanna will take centre stage as the headline act during this year’s hotly anticipated halftime show.
